5. Placing Orders

  • Submitting a Vehicle Request Form does not constitute a binding agreement.
  • Once a vehicle is chosen, a deposit for financing or full payment must be made within 24 hours.
  • The Car Barn Inc. reserves the right to decline any order without explanation.

6. Deposits and Payments

  • An initial deposit of $50 CAD is required when submitting a Vehicle Request Form.
    • This deposit is refundable if:
      1. You notify us within 30 days of submitting the form that you no longer wish to proceed.
      2. You purchase a vehicle through The Car Barn Inc.
    • Refunds will not be issued for failure to act on vehicle suggestions within the 30-day period.
  • Once a vehicle is selected, you must:
    • Pay the deposit to secure the purchase (if financing).
    • Make the full payment within 24 hours if no financing is required.

7. Final and Binding Purchase

After payment, the transaction is considered final and binding, and no cancellations, exchanges, or refunds will be processed, except as required by law.

8. Delivery of Vehicles

  • Delivery timelines and methods will be agreed upon individually.
  • Ownership transfers upon full payment, and risk passes to the buyer upon delivery or pick-up.

9. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds will only be processed in the following circumstances:

  • If you withdraw your request within the 30-day deposit window.
  • If The Car Barn Inc. cannot deliver the selected vehicle for reasons beyond your control.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Car Barn Inc. is not liable for:

  • Indirect losses such as missed opportunities or financial loss due to delays.
  • Delays caused by third-party service providers (e.g., financing companies).
  • Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or governmental actions.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is owned by or licensed to The Car Barn Inc.. Reproduction, distribution, or use without explicit permission is prohibited.
